Get Scatter runs on Windows 10+, macOS 11+ (Intel and Apple Silicon) and the majority of modern Linux distributions via AppImage.
Navigate to Settings → Security and toggle “Require Passkey or YubiKey”. Follow the prompts to register your FIDO2 device. Each transaction will now require physical confirmation.
Yes. For EOSIO keys export the WIF from Anchor and import in Scatter. For Ethereum, simply paste the 64‑char hex private key or connect Ledger via USB.
Make sure “Show NFTs” is enabled under Preferences. Then click Refresh. Large collections may take a few minutes to index on first load.
Only the on‑chain network fee is charged (typically <0.01 EOS). Scatter takes no additional spread or service fee.
Fork the GitHub repo, create a feature branch and submit a pull request. All contributions are reviewed by maintainers and discussed in weekly dev calls.
No telemetry is collected by default. Optional anonymous crash reporting can be enabled to help improve stability.
From the welcome screen choose “Restore Wallet”, select your encrypted JSON file and enter the password. Accounts and settings will import automatically.
A read‑only companion app is in alpha. Full mobile signing is planned for Q4 2025.
